What sets River House apart is its double master suite layout. The primary master features a king bed with ensuite bathroom and blackout curtains. The luxury second master has its own king bed and a spa-grade bathroom with a rain showerhead, handheld shower wand, bidet, and anti-fog mirrors — the most upscale bathroom in the Seascape collection.
The converted garage gameroom has a full-size pool table, foosball, and an additional refrigerator/freezer for drinks. Outside, the turf yard is set up with cornhole, Giant Connect 4, Spike Ball, badminton, and Kan Jam — all included. The heated pool and spa are surrounded by sun loungers, and the heavy-duty park grill handles group cookouts.
