Our homes are located 10–20 minutes from the Gulf Coast's best beaches in residential areas of Bradenton and Sarasota. While not directly beachfront, this means you enjoy private pools, spacious yards, and significantly lower rates. Most guests tell us they prefer having a private pool AND beach access versus a cramped beachfront condo.

Which beaches are closest to your rental homes?

Depending on the property: Anna Maria Island beaches (Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach) are 10–15 minutes from our Bradenton homes. Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, and Longboat Key are 15–25 minutes from our Sarasota property. You can easily visit a different world-class beach every day.

Is the beach better than having a private pool?

Why not both? Our guests spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at their private pool — or vice versa. The pool is especially great for families with young children who need a break from waves and sand, and for evenings when you want to swim without driving anywhere.
