All five Seascape homes have a private pool and a hot tub or spa included with the stay. The hot tub heat is included at no extra cost. Pool heat is an optional add-on ($40/day) that most guests request November through March - the Gulf runs warm enough the rest of the year that an unheated pool is comfortable. That distinction matters if you're planning a winter trip.
The setups aren't identical. The Oasis (5BR, sleeps 16, Bradenton) has the largest outdoor footprint - pool, two hot tubs, putting green, and a turf yard - built for big groups. Dockside Dreams (4BR, sleeps 12, Bradenton) adds a private dock and canal access to the pool and hot tub, making it the call for boaters. River House (4BR, sleeps 12, Bradenton) is a minute from a public boat ramp and has a pool and hot tub with a game room inside. Bradenton Pool Home (3BR, sleeps 10) is the smallest footprint and closest to IMG Academy. Sarasota Luxe (4BR, sleeps 12, downtown Sarasota) has a screened lanai with pool and hot tub, walkable to downtown dining.
If your group's main decision is pool-and-hot-tub and you haven't narrowed beyond that, the next cut is location: Bradenton puts you 10-15 minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches; Sarasota puts you 10-15 minutes from Lido Beach and walking distance from downtown.
