What's the weather like during Spring Break on Anna Maria Island?
March and April weather on AMI is ideal: average highs of 78–83°F, low humidity, minimal rain, and warm Gulf water temperatures. It's the perfect window — warm enough for swimming and beach days but not yet the hot, humid summer season.
What does pool heat cost?
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night at every managed home. If requested before arrival, it covers the whole stay; if requested after arrival, it covers all remaining nights. Individual nights cannot be selected. Approved long-stay flat rates still apply, and inclusions already confirmed in your reservation messages are honored. Contact us to confirm the nights, total charge, payment instructions and heating start time. For late-day requests or mid-stay requests on an approved long-stay rate, we confirm the billable nights and price individually before payment. A request alone does not turn on the heat. Water temperature depends on the weather.
